Mind Relief Blog is a mental health and wellness blog that was established to provide a deserving and trauma-free environment for individuals and to provide them with tips, tricks and guides to lead a more fulfilling and proper life.
My name is Safiyyah and I’m the author behind this blog. I’m a short ambivert with glasses from Nigeria. I’m currently an undergraduate student studying Mass Communication. I’m also a freelance writer and I really enjoy blogging as much as I love writing.
I started my blog in September 2020 after the Covid-19 outbreak. I started blogging because I needed a medium to vent my frustrations because I felt stuck and caged but after a while, I decided to make my blog a place of relief for individuals. I wanted to make my blog a serene environment for individuals to get tips and guides from in order to live a more fulfilling life.
The blog was created with the idea of connecting with individuals who struggled with mental health, wellness and personal growth and at the same time provide relief and possible guidance. I wanted to connect and get through to them through my words.
