Walking offers different benefits to people of different ages and fitness level. It can also help prevent some diseases such as diabetes and heart diseases and also helps prolong one’s life. It is a very easy thing to do and can easily be added to one’s daily routine. 

Walking is free and doesn’t require any special training or equipment and can be done at any time of the day unlike other forms of exercise. It is a great way to improve or maintain one’s overall health.

The more you walk and the quicker your pace, the more calories you’ll burn.
